"staff were very pleasant , provided doggie bowls and bed for our pet to use as well gave him a toy to chew and keep. breakfast buffet had a great selection of food eggs potatos bacon bagels cereal , everything was fresh and delicious and woukd recommend "

"An excellent place to stay and enjoyed our visit so much. Peaceful, quiet, wonderful mountain view from our unit. Appreciated the full kitchen, ensuite laundry, balcony, huge washroom with soaker tub. Impeccably clean, friendly staff. The only consideration is that the underground parking was a bit small and quiet could do with a good wash, but that's nitpicking an otherwise amazing establishment. Would come again and recommend. "

"The hotel room 289 had the most stunning view. The only thing was the wifi was weak and inconsistent. Overall I would definitely request this room and stay at this hotel on my next trip. "

"Parking lot was a bit crowded. We loved the hot tub. The hotel was an older building, but was really nicely refurbished. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I rarely write reviews, but we just stayed 5 nights here and I wanted to love it so much more than I did. Our housekeeping was so inconsistent. They came every day, but there was always things missed. If they refreshed our towels then the beds were left unmade. If the beds were made then we were left with zero towels. If the beds and towels were done, then the full garbage cans weren’t emptied. The common areas in the hotel were beautiful, but the rooms are very basic. Kind of feel like cheap ikea furniture. Some staff were very friendly, some were rude. I’ve stayed a lot of places in Canmore and for the price there are definitely better hotels out there."

"Front desk staff was incredible! Extremely helpful and kind. The reason for my rating is the sound quality of the room. We had a lower level room and the soundproofing between rooms and even with rooms upstairs is quite poor. We had a terrible sleep due to the adult activities taking place in the room above. I"
