"Booked 3 months in advance, arrived at the hotel that was not at all fully booked, and received a room in the basement across the narrow hall from the hot tub and spa. The room was hot and the hallway was very noisy and woke me both nights of my 2 night stay. Beds were soft. Very disappointed"
