"From check in to check out , staff member Guelena was so welcoming and helped us. She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. "Small but clean, comfortable & warm room. Bed excellent. Dinner options quite limited. No rain cover getting to restaurant! Garden paths need trimming!!!"

"Basic at best. Location is on the outskirts of town in a petrol station. Bit of a walk (15min) into the town. Breakfast was really poor. There was no lighting as overhead lights had failed. (I did see people working on them the previous night, but obviously did not fix them). We had cycled from London to Paris. No bike storage, but staff said we could keep them stored in a conference room downstairs. "

"This hotel is 2 kilometres outside the centre next to a motorway exit so a car is a big advantage but there is an occasional bus into town. There isn't much to do or see in Noyon but the hotel is economical for the area so you can get around from there."
