"we only stayed overnight coming from a late arrival from the airport, the staff was amazing they were very friendly, polite and courteous from the security guard, front desk, restaurant crew, pool attendant and the cleaners. kudos to all the team, We felt vary welcome and being look after and cared for. Since it was Holy Week, they also gave us recommendations on churches to visit around Tagaytay, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful, and the view of Taal was the best I’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking! Check-out was quick and seamless. We will definitely be coming back!"
