"Twins Hotel is great value at an affordable price. It's convenient due its location not far from a shopping mall, restaurants, currency changers, and boutiques. Its neighborhood is beautiful and tree lined. The breakfast is one of the best my wife and I have ever been offered in our travels. The staff is amazingly helpful and professional, and they really supported us during our time at Twin Hotels. Thank you, Ibrahim and Hussein!"

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. We couldn't sleep a single minute because of the air condition outside motor unit of another rooms which is attached right outside our window, it was extremely noisy all night as other room was using it. I know you get what you paid but, you expect at least a normal sleep during the night in a hotel room! Sound insulation was terrible as you can hear other people was taking shower even! It feels like they are literally taking shower inside our room! They changed our room without getting permission to carry our personal stuff! I will request a refund to Expedia. I definitely do not recommend to anyone even it they provide it for free!"

"Cancelled my booking to double the price and make me rebook. Room was disgusting (happy to provide photos, blood stained towels, stains on mattress and curtains, asked to change room whilst changing rooms staff member entered the room I was in the process of moving out from tool the dirty pillow I was previously laying on didn't change the pillow case and then gave it to another room (they had kids too) as if it was clean. After that point I slept every night in full clothing .. fruit in breakfast was almost mould and the entire hotels smell of stagnant water/sewage. Door handle was falling off in my room almost locked myself in.. need I say more ? "
