"The room and property was clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. I was trying to surprise my husband for our anniversary and the lady at the front desk played along with my special request to help with my surprise. I hate that I forgot her name because she really helped make our stay amazing. She has salt and pepper hair and it was braided. All of the staff was very nice and attentive, even the cleaning staff. If you’re looking for a simple little getaway. Clean quiet comfortable space to lay your head down, this is definitely worth it. Thanks for helping my husband and I enjoy our 12th Wedding Anniversary!!!"

"I had an excellent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood. The room was very clean, and the entire facility was spotless and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was professional, hospitable, friendly, and always available to help. The breakfast was outstanding. They never ran out of items, and everything was warm, fresh, and delicious. The coffee was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. All of the staff were wonderful, but most of my interactions were with Aston, who truly went above and beyond. Anything we needed, he made sure it was taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed at several hotels, and if every hotel had someone like Aston, they would all be five-star hotels. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and whenever I am in Ohio again, this will be my place to stay. Thank you again, Aston, for your exceptional service!"
