It looked like blood by the toilet, but it was fingernail polish. The desk staff, only one was extremely polite, because several guests were ridiculously rude to her. NO! "I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a solid 4 star. The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. It is 3 minute drive to the Boca Towne centre and 7 minutes to Mizner Park. The is tons of parking. The front desk staff are pleasant, the cleaning staff are not. The rooms are large and well lit. The beds are very comfortable. The amenities are alright and do the job. The pool is a nice size with lots of seating and there is a gym! "
