"Not what I expected. Photos are very ..very old. I was comfortable enough but cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. Had to ask for breakfast to be cleared. Everything a little outdated and damaged. One night the rnb club was unbearable loud till 1am and on the last day they sprayed fir mosquitos. This was fine but the Villa had cracks in every doorway so the fumes wafted in. Staff however were very friendly and attentive. The place just needs a bit of love."

"Had a wonderful stay, all staff are wonderful, prompt and very friendly. Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali."
