Family friendly Hotels in Canford Cliffs, Poole

"Location good, unless difficulty walking as it’s quite a steep walk from the town/beach back. Small payable car park. Although the rooms have more up to date furniture the rooms and buildings are looking quite tired and in need of decorating. The pool area is small so can get very busy. "

"Bed and bathroom clean but many areas in the room quite dusty. Radiator didn’t work in bathroom. Room very hot on a warm day freezing on a windy day. Floors throughout the building creaked unbelievably. Breakfast very basic not many dietary options. "

"The hotel is well located within Lyndhurst and for the New Forest. Staff are polite and friendly, there is large car park for the hotel. Good Breakfast, from continental to full English. Our room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. "

"It was very noisy until past 10pm with activities and when arriving with our nurse old, it wasn't hugely ideal. What was good was the dark room, bath, bath mat and fridge. "

"One of the worst Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was in a very poor condition — the water was visibly dirty, with dust and hair floating on the surface, which was extremely off-putting. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including a bathrobe and slippers. When I requested these, I was told that none were available due to the hotel being busy, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standards I would expect."
