"Lovely stay, food very good and staff were very attentive and excellent service. The only thing was there was a problem with the hot water and the bathroom door handle was broken. This was sorted out as soon as we informed the staff who were extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying there again!"

"Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. "

"Lovely hotel in a prime position. View from the room was beautiful. We had a sea view and could see the sun rise from our bed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very nice with plenty of choice. We used the restaurant in the hotel which was an Italian. Although a little pricey, it was very nice. Room was cleaned daily and tea/coffee and biscuits replenished daily. We didn’t use the pool as it opened at 9:00 and we wanted an earlier swim. We were offered use of their sister hotel but didn’t use that. Not far from attractions such as Compton Acres and Poole Harbour for the ferry to Brownsea. All staff were friendly. I’d highly recommend and would definitely visit again. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Really nice and clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating with requests. Superior room was a good size. Breakfast options were great, especially for vegetarians. Food overall was really good. Would definitely recommend."

"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it. The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."
