"Lovely hotel, good location. Rooftop pool is amazing, however drink service was extremely slow. Waited over an hour one day for 2 cocktails- no apology given. Reception also slow service. Hotel is good location, easy short walk into the centre of town."

"We arrived at the hotel from Valencia airport which was 40 euros via taxi. The check-in was quick and easy as we'd already checked in online, the staff will very helpful and accommodating. The room was on the seventh floor which overlooked the river bed and the city. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was double sinks and a lovely shower. Breakfast was varied and and filling with lots to offer for all. We dined on the terrace and this was very relaxing, the menu was mainly fish orientated with a few options if you don't like fish, that would be my only critique, a larger variation not fish orientated. The hotel position is opposite la Musica and access to the river bed. The walk to the old city takes about 30 minutes, the walk to the science centre and oceanographic centre about 20 minutes. All incredible. There are lot's of restaurants around the hotel which offer a variation of cultural foods. I will be back!"

"We really liked the hotel's location. It was easy to get into the Old Town and to the beach area. Also we had a great view of the Arts & Science Park from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the standard of the breakfast. The hot food items were not really hot and seemed to have been out for a while. Also the fresh fruit, although plentiful, did not have much variety. For the price of the breakfast, we had expected better. Having said that, we were happy with all other aspects of our stay, and would definitely return."

"Overall a good experience. Staff were friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful with providing a room so we could check out later, and bar staff were excellent. The only room for improvement was the breakfast, food was good and fresh, however it felt a little chaotic at times, though staff did their upmost to help during busy times. It would be an improvement to have table service for certain items eg eggs/coffee to reduce the chaos."

"A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel."
