"Our stay was absolutely exceptional and exceed every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The resort is beautiful, modern, spotless, and incredibly well organized. Every area was impeccably maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was outstanding, with an impressive variety or restaurants and cuisines. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There were also plenty of activities for every age and interest, making every day enjoyable and memorable. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine empathy made us feel valued every single day. They were always smiling, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their dedication to excellent service is what sets this resort apart. This trip was the honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. It helped to create memories that will last a lifetime thanks to the outstanding hospitality of everyone at the resort. "The room was very clean & they even took into consideration from my notes to decorate my door for my birthday celebration & as well leave a birthday dessert in the room which was amazing. The room cleaner was great very quick and did an amazing job everyday. The balcony was very large as well and had a nice view of both the pool of the resort and the ocean. My only complaint was the staff at the Japanese restaurant when checking in my friend and I were told that night the restaurant was accepting walk ins but we were told differently when we went up to it so we had to make a 9pm reservation. When seated we looked over the menu and the server comes over and raises his voice at us asking “if we’re ready or not” very rude. While the table next to us was receiving way better treatment (within earshot) & not being yelled at. BUT the other restaurant(s) staff , bartenders, & lobby staff were amazing and always available to help or answer any questions. Overall the stay was great & my friend and I loved the beach club which was about 10 minutes away & the hotel provides a shuttle to!"
