"Staff was great! Great value. Not issue I had was with Expedia and the transportation. Use Uber do not pay for transportation through Expedia. They are refusing to give me a refund even though the company was not there to pick us up and would not answer the phone. The company is saying they will give me a refund, but Expedia is saying no. "

"The food here is high quality, very fresh and lots of choices, the stay here was perfect from service to rooms that is very clean . They extended our checkout as complimentary since our flight was delayed. The reception manager was very accommodating . The best was the Christmas party they held it was unbelievable from the show to the abundance of food!!!! above our expectations . Will definitely come back !! "Enjoyable stay for our family of 5 during the “soft launch” of the resorts. The resort staff was amazing, friendly and helpful at all times. We enjoyed the pools and beach, as well as the bowling alley and pickle ball court. The food was generally good with some exceptional menu items - pork shank and ribeye being highlights at 2 of the restaurants - whereas the frozen cocktails were mediocre and the juice bar disappointing. The ice cream parlor and coffee place were great, again with very friendly staff. The resort will only get better as feedback comes in and adjustments will be made. Overall we recommend it and would gladly visit again. "
