"Excellent hotel for the old city with plenty of interesting places to explore and restaurants to choose from close by. The decor is very different and a wonderfully alternative place to stay."
"Great little guest house. Quiet street but walkable to everything in La Vaguetta and Triana.
Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, water, kettle, tea and fridge provided."
"We really enjoyed our short stay here. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, the room was spotless and the rooftop pool was perfect for us to relax and dip in and out of to cool down. We can’t wait to return and will happily recommend! "
"It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day. Room itself was nice and clean and the shared kitchen and dining room was well equipped and pretty. Breakfast was very basic, dont have high...

"This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool.
The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island.
Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas. "
"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great.
The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too.
Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.

"Located in the heart of the city, Boutique Hotel Cordial Malteses is perfectly positioned for exploring, with everything within walking distance. Parking is conveniently located just 5 minutes away at a paid lot (€10/day). The hotel itself could easily be a 5-star property—rooms are spacious, featuring high ceilings, designer amenities, and intricate colonial-inspired decor. The refurbishment has been done beautifully, making it feel like staying in a treasure cove.
The staff are exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
However, a few aspects fell short. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and lower-quality ingredients, more fitting for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast area was often crowded due to limited seating. Additionally, while the rooftop terrace has great potential, it feels unfinished and lacks atmosphere or charm.
Overall, this is a stunning hotel in a prime location, but improving the breakfast and rooftop experience could elevate it to the next level."
"Really lovely room with beautiful furniture and top level comfort that you might expect. Great reception staff, helpful and knowledgeable.
Breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests. On some days there was plenty to choose from but on one day they had run out of bread and black pepper and some fruit! "
