Son derece ilgili bir işletme. Bize önerdiği herşeyi deneyimledik ve çok memnun kaldık. Adayı zaten seviyoruz, oteli de sonraki seyahatlerimiz için de aklımıza kazıdık. Konum olarak ta adada gezilecek yerlere çok yakın olması mükemmel bir avantaj oldu. Tavsiyedir.

28.08.2020 tarihinde otele giriş yaptık. Odamızın hazır olmadığını temizleneceğini bu zaman zarfında Bodrum kattaki bir odada üzerimizi değiştirebileceğimiz önerisini aldık. Üzerimizi değiştirip otelden çıktık ve ayazma plajına gittik günü orada geçirdik. 17.00 otele döndük ve odamızın temizlendiği söylenip anahtar teslim edildi . Oda Bodrum katında küçücük ( sadece bir kişinin yürüyebileceği) , camı olan ( klima motorlarının takılı olduğu boşluğa bakan havasız) , banyosunda duş giderinin ve WC giderinin sürekli tıkalı olduğu, tavanları rutubetlenlenmiş ve rutubet kokan bir odaydı. Hemen kendimizi dışarı attık duş alıp . Gece geç saate gelip uyumak istedik ama o rutubet kokusu halen ciğerlerimizde öksürükten uyuyamadık! Ertesi sabah erkenden çıktık ( mayo şortlar kurumamıştı o da odanın havasızlıgından dön makinesiyle kuruttuk) denize gittik orada günü geçirip otele geldik. Oda temizlenmemiş , havlular bile değişmemişti. Hemen duşumuzu alıp bavulumuzu alıp koşarak çıktık oradan !!! 2 gece için 920 TL verdik ve sadece 1 gece zor dayanabildik !!!! Bu zamana kadar gördüğümüz en berbat oteldi!!! Artık asla o oteli ve hotels.com tercih etmeyeceğiz sorunlarımızda bize yardımcı olmadığınız için !!!!!

Konaklayacağımız odanın bodrum katı olduğunu ne yazık ki bilmiyorduk, rezervasyon sitenizden yaparken böyle bir bilgiyle karşılaşmamış olup odaya girdiğimizde hayal kırıklığına uğradık.
Dolayısıyla odalara ait çatı katı / bodrum katı türünden özellikler varsa bunların özellikle belirtilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Otel rezervasyonunu Hotels.com dan 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk olarak yaptım,karşıma çıkan oda seçeneği sadece 3 kişilik economy odaydı yani başka seçenek yoktu.Otele geldiğimizde ise bodrum katında kalacağımızı öğrendik.Otel sahibi kendince oda resimlerini web sitesinde paylaştığını dolayısıyla farklı bir oda sunmadığını söylesede açıkçası bu oteli tercih edeceklerin kalacakları oda konusunda bizim gibi hassasiyeti varsa dikkat etmelerini öneririm.Aynı şeyi Hotels.com a da bildireceğim çünkü geceliğine 500 tl verdiğim odanın küçük bir pencereye sahip ve sokaktan gelip geçenin ayaklarını gördüğüm mahsen gibi bir yer olduğunu bilsem kesinlikle kalmazdım neticede otelde kaldığım 2 geceyi de uykusuz geçirdim.Yatakların sağdan sola dönerken bile gıcırdaması ise cabası.Otelin kahvaltısı ise vasat 3 çeşit peynir 2 çeşit zeytin,reçel çeşitleri yumurtalı ekmek ve omletten ibaret kahvaltıyı mükemmel olarak tanımlayanlar sanırım ya kahvaltı yapmıyorlar yada başka otel görmemişler.Otelin tek iyi yanı konumu.

30 haziran - 2 temmuz arası 6 yaşında kızımız ile birlikte konakladık .. otel konumu ve temizliği itibariyle mükemmel.. otele girer girmez mis gibi temizlik kokusu harika ... kahvaltısı kusursuz ...kesinlikle tam bir aile ortamı ..
