Konaklamamız maalesef beklentilerimizin oldukça altında kaldı. Otele özellikle soğuk hava koşulları nedeniyle geldik ancak sıcak su problemi yaşadık ve akşam boyunca defalarca aramamıza rağmen herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı. Bu durum konfor açısından ciddi bir mağduriyet yarattı. Ayrıca oda temizliği sabah yapılmadı, mutfakta ise taze ekmek bulunmuyordu. Rezervasyon öncesinde bize şömineli ve balkonlu oda gösterilmiş olmasına rağmen, otele giriş yaptığımızda verilen odada ne şömine ne de balkon vardı. Bu durum yanıltıcıydı ve hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Bu şartlar altında konaklamamızdan memnun kalmadık. Daha dikkatli, şeffaf ve misafir odaklı bir hizmet beklerdik. Umarım ilerleyen süreçte bu eksiklikler giderilir.

Yahya bey tarafından çok samimi ve güler yüzle karşılandık. Aynı şekilde Maksut şefin yemekleri ve serpme kahvaltı çeşitleri çok lezzetliydi. Serpme kahvaltı çeşidi gayet iyiydi. Otelin odalardan deniz ve doğa manzarası muhteşemdi..Tekrar görüşmek üzere kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyoruz..

Kartal yuvası otel sahibine ve çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederiz her şey çok güzeldi. Otelin manzarası ve balkon, bahçe kısımları doğa ile iç içe bir tarafta kaz dağları diğer tarafta masmavi denizi ile insana huzur veren bir atmosferi vardi. Sahil kısmındaki beach hotelinde de kahvaltı ve beach keyfî denemeye değer. Bence herkes Kuzey Ege'nin tadına doymali ve oralarda da kısa tatiller yapmalı. Tek eksik gördüğüm nokta çevreyi biraz gezdim, gözümden kactiysa kusura bakmayın ama yavru kediler ve anneleri vardı otelin bahçesinde ve çok açlardı. Bahçede unuttuğumuz kapalı kremalı bisküviyi açmışlar ve hepsini yemişler. Onlara o anki imkân ile süt verebildik ve bir tanesi kana kana iki koca bardağı bitirdi. O kediler için su ve mama kapları düşünülüp böylece gelen misafirleri de bu konuda motive ve teşvik edebilirler diye düşünüyorum. Onun haricinde çok güzel bir tatildi herkese tavsiye ediyorum

Harika konumlanmış doğa ile iç içe bir otel. Manzarası çok güzel, dinlendirici. Kahvaltısı doyurucu ve lezzetli idi. Ancak bununla birlikte odanın fiziksel koşulları ile ilgili bazı problemler var. Banyosu kokuyor, 3-4 kişilik odada 2 kişiden sonra sıcak su bitiyor. Çarşafın lekeli kısmını aşağı getirecek şekilde sermişler ama fark ediliyor. Bunlar da hijyenle ilgili endişelere sebep oluyor. Kettle koymuşlar, ancak çay ya da kahve yok. Biz doğanın güzelliğine hayran kaldık ancak gidenlerin beklentilerini belirlemeleri açısından yazdıklarımın akılda bulunması iyi olur.
