"Great place to stay"

"Justin made us very welcome and took the time to explain the various themed rooms and facilities. Our room was Isabella’s Library which was perfect for us as my husband and I are avid readers. The decor of the room showed off the theme perfectly. We will definitely stay there again. Justin advised we could ask for the same room so we could finish any books we were reading."

"The light cover was off the bedside light with exposed wired. There was blood (?) stains on the curtain. The grounds looked like they were not done in months. A horrible smell from the bathroom. Sign blamed it on chinchilla water. I think it was their septic system. Unclean room in general. Missing knives and forks. Luke warm breakfast. And rude Staff. After asking for the light cover to be replaced due to the danger of exposed wires I was told no at first. Then I said it was a safety issue that needed to be reported they agreed to do it. In retaliation to this request they - Actually sticky taped a note on the TV in the room reminding us to pay for breakfast and the cost of having our dog at the motel. It was paid at the booking! And we were not leaving for another 24 hrs. Never stay at this motel. It is unsafe. See photos."

"Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations. The check in with friendly staff was quick and pleasant. When I later inquired about the laundry facilities, the lady at reception took me to the laundry room and showed me how to start the washing machine and where the drying racks were located outside, if I wanted to use them instead of the dryer. There was laundry detergent and clothes pegs available for use. I was very pleased! "

"Very helpful staff. Called ahead to advise arrival time and aircon was put on in advance. Room neat and tidy. Very comfortable bed. Shower was good... Pleasant stay. Thank you. "

"Mainly. There was a couple of cockroaches in the unit and there was no conditioner in the bathroom. Otherwise very happy."
