"Clean room, had to use hot tub from other hotel beside that wasn’t the nicest other than great stay! "

"The pool area was fantastic and our kids loved it! The hot tub was quite hot and super relaxing with or without the jets on, but there also was a hot tub with more children friendly temperatures. The steam room was a hit, the gym area just appeared quite small but it might be due to renovations. We ate onsite at their restaurant which was a buffet and everyone was happy with the options available! "

"Rooms were spacious and tidy, pool was great and the play place was tidy check in process was great, the front desk girl even got us in sooner. We had an issue with some wet firewood and more dry wood was brought to our room. "

"Really special place, the room was spacious and clean with incredible views from the balcony. We ordered room service, the food was fresh and tasty. If we were to come back to Banff, we would be sure to stay here again."

"Place is a bit run down. The furniture is old and dirty. The kettle and fan were filthy. The unit smelled like cigarette smoke when we first walked in. Staff are always friendly but a refresh is much required. "
