"I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, we could walk to everything and bus stop was very close. If we visit this area again we will definitely stay here."

"Nice place to stay with 2 small dogs. We had a ground floor unit, easy for potty breaks for the dogs. Very minimal kitchen dishes, pots, etc. Comfortable bed. Sliding door was hard to open. This is an old property but it’s maintained fine. "

"The dog-friendly room had a noticeable odor, although it looked like they made an effort to spot-clean the floors where needed. The view wasn’t the best, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else made up for it. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. They also included a complimentary bus pass, which was a thoughtful touch, along with a sweet Christmas card and treat. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend checking out their sister hotel’s Otter’s Restaurant — it was a solid 10/10."
