"We flew in on a red eye, arrived to the hotel at 0730. Andrew was able to get us into a room early with no extra charge, at around 0900. The beds were comfortable, room clean, and quiet. AC good. The entire stay were were treated like royalty, they provided us with complimentary snacks while we watched the baseball game in the lobby, they made phone calls to numerous neighborhood...
