Fiquei no anexo, o quarto é bem confortável, mas a sensação que dá é que estamos literalmente nos quartos do fundo. Pagamos caro, e não conhecemos nem o hotel direito, parece que estão nos fazendo favor em estarmos lá. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, e o que tinha ainda tava estragado o queijo.

Informaçao do serviço oferecido é diferente do que realizado. Em minha hospedagem estava escrito quarto standard e me ofereceram um quarto no anexo. O Hotel tem um excelente cafe da manha, um bom estacionamento,mas esta nova area com quartos deveria estar melhor apresentada pois durante alguns inconvenientes ocorreram desde a informação na chegada, telefone do quarto nao funcionava, porta do banheiro emperrada, wi fi instavel. A equipe de recepção muito atenciosa mas a comunicação da equipe sobre o ocorrido deixa a desejar. Poderiam ter solucionado de algumas outras maneiras, mas dizer que estavam em alta ocupação nao era solução. Darei um voto de confiança para me hospedar novamente e ver o serviço que eu escolhi, nao o ofertado.

Fui alocada num anexo nos fundos do estacionamento do hotel, um quarto pequeno, com paredes finas, dava pra ouvir tudo o que acontecia ao redor. Para entrar nas dependências principais do hotel onde ficam recepção, piscina, sauna, academia, restaurante é preciso sair na rua e entrar novamente. Posteriormente fui alocada dentro do hotel, mas somente após muita reclamação.
