"Always a great place to stay!"

"What a great hotel. Very clear that the manager goes out of her way to be helpful - and the staff have learnt that approach as well. Not sure how old the hotel is but it feels very new. Room was big (king size bed) and had lots of drawer space with a small wardrobe for hanging (look behind the sliding door for the en suite). There's a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Standard breakfast included with a reasonable selection. Hotel had a fitness centre and pool (didn't use either) and is pet friendly. Definitely recommend - the only downside is they don't have anywhere to store luggage. But for most this won't be a problem - I don't think many non-drivers head up here."

"Our room was so clean - everything looked like new - if you like a firm mattress this one was good - I like semi firm so sleeping was a bit tough. The staff were so friendly upon our arrival and were there to help in any way the could. Breakfast was hot and very good - there was even a waffle maker -eggs bacon sausage - etc. Very happy it wasn't the usual continental breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was also close to attractions and shopping."

"We had an issue with a third-party booking, and it took about 30 minutes for staff to locate the reservation I made for my family and get us a room. Be careful when relying on the pictures on Expedia, as they may not accurately reflect every section of the property. If you stay on the North side, the rooms are newer and amazing. The South side, however, definitely shows its age. Despite that, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were exceptionally clean throughout our stay"
