"Tried to book a waxing at the spa but there were no available staff until later in the day.
Our ocean view room was nice however the screen on the sliding door was broken so could not leave it open at night in lieu of AC. The AC was very loud and noisy. The beach is located on the Atlantic Ocean so it was rough and so much seaweed. We opted to take cabs to the Carribean side to swim. "

"Housekeeping was incredible and the villas are beyond spacious. Unfortunately the gym was the opposite - it was outdated, neglected and it is so small that only one person can be comfortably lifting weights at a time. I enjoyed having both the option of a full kitchen in my unit and the onsite restaurant, which I ate at twice and enjoyed. The beach is clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. "

"Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea. "
