Hotel muito bom, custo benefício ótimo para quem está viajando tanto a negócios quanto a lazer. Possui um ótimo restaurante em anexo, porém o valor do restaurante é um pouco alto. Com certeza é minha primeira opção na região.

Estadia em Campos Novos/SC

A estadia foi boa no geral, senti falta do cuidado para o momento que vivemos de pandemia. Pouca distribuição de álcool 70% nos locais, principalmente elevadores, funcionários sem o uso adequado de máscara… falta cuidado para com o momento. No mais café da manhã ótimo, restaurante anexo ao hotel muito bom… hotel está em reforma, então normal barulho, movimentação de equipamentos, etc.

Precisa melhorar o colchão

Precisam investir em colchões. Tinha reservado apenas uma diária, mas tive que permanecer mais um dia na cidade. Portanto passei duas noites, em dois apartamentos diferentes, porém ambos com o mesmo problema do colchão ruim (parecia que estava dormindo em uma rede, com as costas curvadas por falta de sustentação da espuma)

Local com ótimo atendimento, limpo, organizado, completo, bons materiais e acabamento em geral. Dois pontos neutros: 1° a acústica, acredito ser uma questão de gosto, mas prefiro carpete no chão evitando assim ouvir barulhos de trânsito de pessoas pelos corredores. 2° cortina do quarto não tem blackout atrás, deixando alguma iluminação passar. Chuveiro muito bom, bastante pressão e ótima capacidade de ajuste na temperatura. Pelo valor da diária representa um excelente custo benefício!
