Estadia boa, café impecável porem precisam de alguns pontos de atenção em relação a limpeza toalhas sujas e lençóis pareciam que ja estava la um tempo eu e meu namorado temos rinite e qualquer cheiro/poeira ataca a avenida tem muito barulho muito mesmo poderiam investir nas fitas de isolamento para portas que ajuda muito.

Quando fechamos o hotel já sabíamos ao que ele se propunha. Ter boa localização e um preço acessível. E, para o valor que pagamos a diária, ficamos satisfeitos com o quarto (simples, porém confortável) e com o café da manhã. Bem organizado e com opções variadas. Todos os atendentes foram extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos conosco.

Quarto bom, café da manhã bem simples, poucas opções mas boa a comida. Ficamos 2 dias e o quarto não foi limpado durante nossa estadia. Tinha bastante cobertor no quarto para ficar quentinho. Não tem ar condicionado, mas como a cidade é bem fria, isso não foi problema. O estacionamento ê pequeno, daí quando tem carro na frente tem que deixar a chave na recepção para caso eles precisem retirar para os outros sair.

O café da manhã era razoável, Estacionamento muito pequeno tinha que deixar a chave na recepção o que não era nada bom. A recepção é boa, porém fizemos alguma reclamações e não foram resolvidos como o frigobar que não estava funcionando e não resolveram, acabou as estadias e não resolveram, o mesmo digo do Wi-Fi, não funciona, a pia do banheiro estava entopida, E como estávamos no verão, embora a cidade é bem fresca mas os quartos necessitam de pelo menos um ventilador, pois estava calor. A localização é boa.

O hotel não está muito próximo a Praça do Capivari, mas a locomoção é muito fácil. A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. Café da manhã contém opção razoável de itens e suco de fruta natural, o que é muito positivo. Tivemos um problema com o Chuveiro, que logo foi reparado pela gerência do hotel. Se for sem carro, tem comércio bem próximo, com destaque para uma ótima padaria. Eu recomendo e pretendo retornar neste hotel.

O Hotel não possui elevador, mas os funcionário ajudam muito subindo e descendo com as malas. O café da manhã estava gostoso. Todos os funcionário eram extremamente solicito e conseguiam descontos em alguns restaurantes!
