Fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, pousada limpa, organizada, café da manhã bom. Porém não me atentei que não tinha ar condicionado no quarto, isso fez falta pq estava com um bebê e tive que dormir com as janelas abertas, com isso tivemos a claridade entrando no quarto logo cedo.

A hospedagem foi ótima no geral… funcionários atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.. tudo muito bem pensado e confortável nos mínimos detalhes. Nota 9,0 por conta do colchão do quarto 303, já que certamente não é dos melhores e já está “afundando” em ambos os lados. Apesar deste detalhe, recomendo.

Quarto estava bem arrumado, aceita animais porem não pode deixar sizinho no quarto e não pode fazer muito barulho, o que é uma coisa ruim pois é normal um cachorro latir quando pessoas passam proximo.

Pousada muito agradável, que não tem o estilo de hotel sem graça. Os quartos são muito amplos e o banheiro era de um excelente tamanho. Os atendentes eram sempre muito simpáticos. O único ponto baixo foi o café da manhã, que era muito enxuto nas opções e não tinha nenhuma opção de item feito na hora.

Incrível! Hotel muito confortável, recomendo e voltaria! Ficamos em um quarto luxo, grande e amplo. Cama e lençóis excelentes, banheiro tinha banheira de hidromassagem, limpo e confortável! Estacionamento no hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, servido até as 12h. Localização muito boa, tranquila e silenciosa. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Excelente!! Deixo apenas um pequeno comentário em relação a moça que trabalha no café da manhã, pra um hotel desse tipo ela precisa ter um pouco mais de atenção, cheguei junto com meu marido pro café tipo 11h e ele informou o número do quarto, em seguida quando me servia ela me aborda e pergunta se eu já não hávia tomado café da manhã antes, eu informo que tinha acabado de chegar e já havia informado o número que meu marido tinha acabado de falar o número do quarto pra ela, ela então me constrangendo fala “sra o café é até às 12h mas só pode vir uma vez”, na hora eu repeti o número do quarto pra ela mas devido tal abordagem acabei me confundindo e errei o número do quarto mas logo em seguida corrigi e informei o número correto, tive que informar até meu nome pra ela ver que a informação era verdadeira. No final ela nem pra dizer “desculpa sra por tal inconveniente”, não, simplesmente saiu. Aquela situação realmente me chateou… sem contar que no outro dia a mesma moça me confundiu com outra hóspede. No geral essa moça é bem atenciosa mas nesse ponto em específico achei o uma falha principal pelo tipo e forma de abordagem.
