O Hotel estĆ” muito bem localizado. As acomodaƧƵes super luxo nĆ£o correspondem a este nome, com exceĆ§Ć£o da vista, que Ć© de fato muito boa. O quarto Ć© muito pequeno, a cama e o travesseiro sĆ£o duros. O banheiro Ć© apertadĆ­ssimo. Tem um led piscando no teto sobre a cama a noite toda, o que Ć© muito desconfortavel. O corredor estava com cheiro de fossa. NĆ£o vale a pena pagar caro pelo super luxo. O restaurante do hotel Ć© bonito e aparentemente tem vĆ”rias opƧƵes de pratos, mas quando a gente prova a comida, nota que ela estĆ” mal preparada e dura. Decepcionado, porque venderam como super luxo, quando seria um quarto simples, na mĆ©dia dos hoteis da regiĆ£o. Recomendo pelo local e pela vista, e nĆ£o recomendo pelo desconforto e pela frustraĆ§Ć£o de venderem algo que nĆ£o corresponde com a realidade.

Regra absurda da meia pensĆ£o.

A estadia foi com meia pensĆ£o. O quarto jĆ” estava liberado mas sĆ³ liberavam a entrada se a meia pensĆ£o fosse o almoƧo, se fosse o jantar precisava aguardar atĆ© Ć s 14h, ou pagar uma taxa extra. Achei um absurdo.

SIMPATIA E CONFORTO PASSA LONGE DO HOTEL

Hotel em boa localizaĆ§Ć£o, em frente a Basilica, porem nas imediaƧƵes nĆ£o ha restaurantes de boa qualidade, se quiser jantar tera que ser no hotel ja que a praƧa de alimentaĆ§Ć£o da Basilica fecha muito cedo, o valor cobrado pelo Hotel Ć© absurdo, 75 reais por pessoa sem balanƧa, mesmo que voce comer 200 gramas paga esse valor, na praƧa de alimentaĆ§Ć£o da Basilica duas pessoas nĆ£o gasta nem 50 reais para um almoƧo , ha inumeras opƧƵes. A simpatia dos funcionarios do Hotel nĆ£o existe, nunca vi pessoas tĆ£o frias e sem carisma, so um funcionario um rapaz na recepĆ§Ć£o que usa oculos que foi simpatico. No bar da piscina os funcionarios parece que nĆ£o gostam dos hospedes, nunca vi tanta antipatia assim, passei longe. Outra coisa estranha Ć© que a academia do hotel fica fechada, se quiser usar tera que pegar as chaves no bar da piscina e assinar um termo de responsabilidade, como se fossem crianƧas para usar a academia, ridiculo isso, nunca vi em nenhum hotel isso. Voce paga pelo quarto de luxo que parece uma cela de cadeia de tĆ£o pequeno que Ć©, o banheiro se voce for mais cheinho tera dificuldades de usar de tĆ£o apertado que Ć©, a pia tem uma cuba que voce se molha todo para usar , alem do box nĆ£o fechar direito, molha-se o banheiro todo, fora a torneira do chuveiro que por pouco nĆ£o cai nos meus pes, isso Ć© luxo? Tambem nĆ£o ha lixeira no quarto, se quiser tera que colocar no cestinho de papel higienico . Enfim paga-se caro para nada. Unicas coisas boas Ć© a limpeza e o cafĆ© da manha.

Der Check-In war unkompliziert, allerdings aufgrund der 30 Prozent no-Show Regel komplex. Das Personal ist hƶflich und bemĆ¼ht. Wir hatten einnLuxo Zimmer, allerdings ist dies mega klein. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Der Ausblick ist jedoch Ć¼berragend. Das P/L VerhƤltnis stimmt dennoch nicht. Parkplatz ist vorhanden und kostenlos. Das Essen in BĆ¼fettform ist ansprechend.

O hotel fica bem prĆ³ximo das duas entradas da BasĆ­lica (uma a 250m e outra a 400m). Pegamos o quarto com sacada e vista para o SantuĆ”rio, excelente. O quarto Ć© um pouco pequeno, chuveiro elĆ©trico, mas suficiente para os dois dias.

Atendimento excelente bom cafe da manha com varias opcoes. O quarto standart confortavel. SĆ³ uma observarĆ£o, hĆ” pombos habitando os fundos onde ficava meu quarto, as aves pela manha fazem barulho mas nada de grave mas pode ter hospedes que se incomodam com as aves.
