Gostaria de fazer uma observação quanto ao ônibus do traslado para o Santuario, que não tem limite de passageiros, vindo para o hotel no ultimo horario com um excessivo muito alto, com senhoras idosas se desequilibrando, caindo por cima das outras, nas curvas, fiquei com muito medo de ocorrer um acidente, quero deixar a data que foi 26/10/2025 o ônibus das 19:30h.

Melhor Hotel de Aparecida.

Hotel incrivel, atendimento maravilhoso. Minha única recomendação é que coloquem mas funcionários no horário do check-in pois tive que aguardar mas de 35 minutos para fazer o check-in, fila estava enorme e somente duas atendentes. Mas fora isso minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Amo este hotel e vou voltar assim que possível.
