Hotel muito bem localizado! Porém precisa de melhorias nas instalações (deixa a desejar), café da manhã Bom, estacionamento local seguro no subsolo. Infelizmente tivemos um episódio de falta de água aquecida no hotel todo por 6h (manut.de instalações). Colaboradores muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Dessa forma, relevamos alguns detalhes de conservação por entender que uma obra gera impactos perceptíveis no imóvel. Relativo à equipe de serviço do hotel, só temos elogios a fazer. Todos muito cordiais, atenciosos, proativos e sempre muito educados para tratar ou solucionar qualquer tema. Além de tudo isso, a localização do hotel é excepcional. Não foi necessário utilizar o carro para nada.

O hotel está em reforma, mas da para perceber que o que tem, bem velho, no caminho até o quarto dá para sentir cheiro de mofo, visivelmente no teto marcas de mofo no corredor até os quartos, a cama é grande porém, um pouco mais mole do que o habitual, muitas marcas de sujeira e de uso no dia a dia nos quartos, as fronhas e cobertores estavam cheirosas e limpas pó menos isso, mas o que mais gostamos foi a localização do hotel, e o café da manhã.

A localização da pousada é excelente da para acessar todo o centro do capivari a pé. E o parque Capivari fuca uns 5 minutos a pé. A hospedagem incluiu roupas de cama e banho. O café da manhã estava excelente, boa variedade, estava uma delicia.

Péssima limpeza.

A limpeza péssima. Na primeira noite tive coceira a noite inteira sem entender o porquê . Tive uma péssima noite e na noite seguinte novamente me coçava sem parar e como não conseguia dormir , meia noite levantei e fui olhar os lençóis constatando que estavam sujos e cheios de um pó estranho. Por sorte , estava num quarto duplo, tomei um banho e mudei de cama , infelizmente perdi o sono ..Esse fato foi constatado pelo recepcionista da noite que foi chamado para ver o que se passava. Café da manhã variado , mas sem sabor.
