O hotel é muito bom, e a piscina interna é aquecida, muito quente e maravilhosa. A única observação é que no café da manhã havia muitos produtos com carne de porco, e nós não comemos esse tipo de carne. Fora isso, no geral, a experiência foi muito boa.

A rede social não condiz exatamente com a realidade. O hotel passa for uma reforma e a parte antiga, carece de manutenção e um cuidado maior. No meu quarto o aquecimento do toalheiro não funcionou, mesmo pedindo na recepção duas vezes. Simplesmente foi ignorado e me sugeriram levar mais toalhas. O banheiro é antigo quando para um quarto de 2 mil reais a diária. Não vale o custo benefício. A piscina é dependências do hotel vale a pena. Reformado e muito bom. A academia é o spa (pago a parte) é a melhor parte do hotel.

Experiência desastrosa e desagradável!! Hotel em reforma que se arrasta há meses, impedindo deslocamentos em áreas importantes do hotel com riscos de acidentes! Episódios frequentes de falta de água nos apartamentos com justificativas duvidosas! Atendimento nos setores de piscina com deficiência de pessoal constantemente! Hotel pratica preços exorbitantes e abusivos em todos seus setores de atividades!! E o pior na minha experiência: na festa de virada do ano os hóspedes foram preteridos de participar por conta da venda de mesas ter privilegiado principalmente público não hospedado no hotel, tendo informações incompletas e divergentes sobre esse evento e outras situações! Aqueles poucos hóspedes que conseguiram participar da ceia de réveillon tinham em suas mesas uma garrafa de vinho tinto, que no meu caso em especial, perguntei diretamente para pessoa do hotel responsável pela organização da festa, se o vinho fazia parte do pacote tendo esta respondido que sim e que ficasse tranquilo e bebesse à vontade!! Para surpresa e revolta geral, ao final da ceia veio o garçom com sua maquininha fazer a cobrança do referido vinho em completo desrespeito ao afirmado inicialmente pela funcionária encarregada da festa! Enfim, a administração desse hotel infelizmente parece estar interessada apenas e unicamente em extrair a grana de seus incautos hóspedes! Vergonhoso!!!

Hotel não corresponde as expectativas

O hotel está em reforma, mas isso não nos incomodou. Mas, acho importante mencionar que a disposição dos acessos do próprio hotel é confusa, por exemplo, para subir pro quarto éramos obrigados a passar por dentro do restaurante do hotel, pois o elevador dos quartos fica DENTRO DO RESTAURANTE. O incômodo disso é que ao ir pro seu quarto, vc acaba sendo abordado e questionado sobre ter ou não reserva no restaurante, quando você apenas quer chegar no seu quarto. Outro ponto negativo é que a piscina incrível que vemos nas fotos, é paga a parte (algo que não sabíamos), como o valor era alto, optamos por não pagar. E por fim, o atendimento do restaurante do hotel deixava a desejar, fui duas vezes lá tentar uma reserva e praticamente implorei para ser atendida. Pelo valor que o hotel cobra, não achei que valeu o investimento.

Experiência incrível. Hotel maravilhoso, com uma vista deslumbrante para a linda Campos do Jordão. Equipe de colaboradores prestativos e atenciosos a todos momento. Sempre prontos a auxiliar em qualquer dúvida. Nosso apartamento? Sem palavras. O mais incrível que ficamos até hoje: espaçoso, silencioso, um banheiro incrível e com uma vista deslumbrante(apto 312. Impossível não se encantar com tanta beleza e explorar cada espaço foi uma experiência única. A piscina de borda infinita e suspensa simplesmente maravilhosa. Vale muito a pena a experiência. Super perto do centro o que torna tudo mais fácil: 7 minutos de carro. Café da manhã sensacional. Digno de um hotel 5 estrelas. Lugar perfeito para curtir o festival de inverno e comemorar nossos 5 anos de namoro completados em 27/07. Foi incrível. Super recomendado e voltaremos.

Ontgoocheling. Verouderd hotel met meerdere defecten. 15 min voor inchecken, jacuzzi niet werkend, fitness verouderd of toestellen defect, regen stroomt binnen in de gang naar kamer, stop bad defect, verwarming handdoeken defect. Prijs volgens Europese normen verwacht je eveneens een betere service, bijv personeel in restaurant waren een bottle flip aan het doen uit verveling, ipv rond te lopen en wijn of water bij te schenken of af te ruimen.

Poderia ser bem melhor. O quarto que fomos acomodadas tinha cheiro de esgoto, ficou quente e não podíamos abrir a janela porque o cheiro de gordura da cozinha impregnava no quarto. A cozinha embaixo do quarto era muito barulhenta e incomodou para dormir. No mais a comida é saborosa e o ambiente externo do hotel é bem agradável.
