Wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel. The suite was very well decorated and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful Chateau

We loved every minute of our stay. The staff welcomed us with open arms. The dinner at Le foyer was magnificent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with fires in the fireplace. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Excellent property. Super attentive service. It was like staying at a wealthy relatives house. I have a hard time in general understanding the pricing for properties in Campos do Jordão but I would definitely return to the Chateau if I come back to Campos.

Fantástico! O quarto é impecável, o café da manhã e o chá da tarde são extremamente bem servidos, sempre frescos e com ótima variedade. Mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, é a equipe do hotel: todos muito cordiais, educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. A única observação fica por conta do colchão, que estava bastante “canoado” e acabou causando desconforto nas nossas costas. Comentamos sobre isso na última noite da estadia e, prontamente, providenciaram uma camada de pillow para amenizar a situação. Não resolveu completamente, mas valorizo muito a atenção e a preocupação da equipe em buscar uma solução. No geral, a experiência foi maravilhosa. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos o hotel de olhos fechados. É um lugar realmente encantador, daqueles que deixam vontade de voltar. Parabéns a toda a equipe!

Acho que poderia entregar mais. Pantufas cobradas, estávamos fazendo 1 ano de casados, pegamos o segundo melhor quarto do hotel, e não quizeram nos ofertar nem o espumante da casa. Muitas plantas artificiais, tortas de plástico de “enfeite”. Eu esperava mais de um Roteiro de Charme.
