"Avec parking, a proximité des restaurants. Tres propres et calme. Petit déjeuner copieux. Accueil charmant malgré que la dame qui nous a reçus ne parlait qu'italien (le propriétaire ayant dû s'absenter). On a réussi a communiquer grâce aux outils de traduction en ligne. Seul petit problème : les coordonnées GPS fournies pas le proprio ne nous amenaient pas au bon endroit. On a dû chercher l'emplacement en utilisant l'adresse plutôt que les coordonnées GPS fournies."

"The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. It's a lovely spa resort and great for couples/groups of friends. However we were on a family holiday and looking for somewhere with the baby and there were a few things that were disappointing on that front and something to consider for travellers with a young child. The restaurant didn't open till 7:30 in the evening and there was nothing else in the area walkable. We picked this hotel for it's indoor heated pool, it's more a large spa jacuzzi. Although family time was supposed to be every day on the Sunday it was cancelled and made available for the general guests and Tuesday the spa was closed for regular maintenance so we were only able to use the indoor pool on one day we were there which was a real disappointment and those restrictions and closures weren't clear. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good spread and the connected beach side hotel, which was a 5min transfer away, was lovely. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were grateful to the amazing staff for looking after us and making us feel so welcome."

"This hotel is in a very dirty area of the city. Litter and dog mess everywhere, be wary at nighttime.The hotel itself is not great, checked in with no info at all from the lady behind the desk and that was the last I saw of anyone. No room cleaning no towels changed no toilet roll nothing. The room was very dark no natural light. There was a window that looked out on to the stairwell but I had to keep the curtain closed as people would have been looking at you in bed. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for not checking out the properties they advertise especially as there is so many bad reviews"
