Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. As instalações estavam em condições precárias de limpeza, especialmente o banheiro, que estava sujo, e a roupa de cama apresentava pelos, demonstrando falta de higiene e cuidado com os hóspedes. Além disso, o atendimento foi muito ruim. Os funcionários se mostraram despreparados e pouco prestativos. Infelizmente, a gerente, Marlene, também foi bastante grosseira e sem cordialidade durante o atendimento, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais desagradável. Esperava encontrar um ambiente limpo e um atendimento respeitoso, mas recebi exatamente o contrário. Foi uma péssima estadia e não recomendo este hotel.

Bem razoável a acomodação. Destaque para espaço da piscina. Tem sauna, café da manhã muito bom para a categoria. Banheiro não é bem ventilado. Tem cheiro ruim. Sofás da recepção já bem gasto, só escadas para andares superiores. Bem mal localizado na cidade. Dificuldade de pontos de alimentação próximos, na escala da cidade.

O quarto estava com defeitos hidráulicos, a equipe do hotel sabia do problema e mesmo assim me colocaram no quarto. Vieram arrumar só no dia seguinte. Saber do problema e mesmo assim colocar o hóspede no quarto é dose viu.
