"Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! "Our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! The outdoor pool was also great, and most top things to do are within a quick 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. The hotel has a top rated restaurant. I cant rate it since I did not eat there. We liked the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. There is no pool in the hotel but there is a free one nearby. Parking is available. A few issues I had: no airconditioning in the room, some days were okay since it was tolerable with the doors and windows open. Some bees and flies came in the room but not too bad. They stated that the heat is not usual here. The amenities is lacking such as no tissue, toilet paper is rough, no robe, no slippers. The shampoo/hand soap in one is a inconvenient. There is only one so when you shower you have to get it from the sink. There no hair conditioner. No minibar but there is a vending machine at the front of tge hotel. Food is not allowed in the room but we were allowed drinks as long as they are not dark in color since the carpet is new. Again, customer service was superb. Everyone was awesome. They gave us a small gift which was really sweet."

"Our experience at the Mirabell Hotel is only positive. Among our numerous trips, staying at your hotel was one of the most pleasant ever - fantastic surroundings, garden, service. If possible, we recommend extending the opening hours of the restaurant in the evening by an hour, opening the restaurant an hour earlier, so as not to leave such a rich dinner too late."

"The room was cleaned well daily and even replenished our tea. The reception staff, both girls, were amazing and so helpful and cheerful. We loved Sobi and Milo in the restaurant at our breakfast and dinners. I will recommend the hotel to others. It is also well located to three major lifts and the pedestrian zone for all the restaurants, shops, and gelato, as well as the free public cold water fountain to fill bottles."

"Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites."
