Obs Funcionarios tudo atende bem. Quarto limpo. Sugestão O cafe da manha teria que ser mais cedo comeca as 9,00hs todos os hoteis que fui ate hoje horario de inicio as 7,30hs. Fiquei 3 diarias nao tinha adocante no cafe da manha. Outra sugestao No interior do parque em frente ao quosque de macarrao tem 2 espacos com cadeira de descanso,no sabado fiquei la e ninguém me falou nada no domingo fui no mesmo local e deppis de 2 horas apareceu 3 pessoas dizendo que o local e pago por fora acho que devia colocar uma placa dizendo que para ficar ali e pago por fora mas sem placa qualquer um pode entrar la e ser tirado por segurança.

Náo é um hotel: não tem serviço de quarto, não tem interfone. O café da manhã é sofrível e o café tem gosto de borracha queimada. A porta principal do chalé é de vidro e a luz passa por não ter cortina. Os chalés não tem isolamento térmico ou acústico. Nunca passamos tanto frio...

Não estão preparados para hospedagem

O parque aquático, que é o foco do lugar, é muito bom, com muitas piscinas e atrações para crianças e adultos. Porém no quesito hospedagem deixam muito a desejar. Apenas 1 hora de café da manhã, das 8h30 as 9h30, os chalés cabem 4 pessoas são bem quentes e o ar condicionado não dá conta, não tem gente na portaria na necessidade de sair do local pra jantar. Enfim, para passar um "day use" recomendo, mas para se hospedar não recomendo.
