Não é tão confortável, porém o atendimento supera isso. E o diferencial é o restaurante, que faz uma comida excelente, bem preparada, com um ótimo sabor . O tempero é muito bom.

Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e a comida estava excelente. No entanto, a cama era desconfortável, assim como o travesseiro. O quarto que reservei foi o 142, no primeiro andar, e não consegui dormir bem devido ao barulho intenso vindo do andar de cima. Portanto, recomendo os quartos no terceiro andar.

Gostei do quarto, ar-condicionado e chuveiro mas não havia shampoo nem condicionador. Havia um congresso com mais de 400 pessoas que na hora das refeições formava uma fila enorme. Comida farta e variada.

Atendimento e limpeza ótimos,comida razoável, trata-se de um hotel antigo ,que precisa de uma reforma nos halls dos aptos acredito que foi feito uma readequação na parte dos bombeiros e de internet ,mas os fios ficaram expostos causando uma má impressão, necessita de uma pintura nos halls dos aptos e troca do carpete por piso frio),
