Experiência Muito Ruim

O Flat é pequeno, mas esta em condições razoáveis. O locador não presta nenhum suporte durante a estadia, trata os locatários sem nenhuma empatia, apos o pagamento o futuro locatário sentirá que estão fazendo um favor para vc e não prestando um serviço. A apresentação do Flat é mentirosa, pois nao tem garagem para todos os hospedes, a TV nao funciona, a porta da sacada nao fecha e a temperatura da agua do chuveiro é muito fria. A plataforma de locação deveria avaliar e proibir anuncios semelhantes a este Flat.

Flat com boa localização.

Flat pequeno, porém muito bom dispondo de tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Só achamos estranho o modo receptivo, mas tudo transcorreu de forma tranquila.

Reserva cancelada sem aviso prévio

Fiz a reserva pelo site, chegando na hospedagem entrei no estacionamento (pois havia vaga no anúncio e estava aberto) e fui seguir as recomendações de estadia, pegar a chave no balcão e se dirigir a unidade, havia uma unidade onde entrei e a cama estava desarrumada. Como era o único quarto disponível e diferente do que havia solicitado entrei em contato com o proprietário e o mesmo me informou que havia cancelado a reserva, mas não recebi nenhuma notificação, ele foi extremamente ríspido e me deixou ao léu a noite dps de uma viagem de 2h e com compromisso marcado no outro dia e já era passado das 20h, além disso, com a demora do atendimento, ficamos aguardando no estacionamento e acabamos ficando presas, o proprietário disse q não tem como abrir e que estávamos invadindo propriedade privada (lembrando q tinha uma reserva com vaga) o mesmo me dispensou e não resolveu meu problema, fui atrás do vizinhos de porta em porta até que alguém me ajudasse. Foi desesperador, extremamente desconfortável, e totalmente desorganizado. NÃO RECOMENDO.
