I booked the suite with a city view, which was really good. It was so big and the bed was really comfortable. The only downside was that the microwave was a little dirty and the internet on that level wasn't so good, but everything else was really perfect. There were lots of delicious things at breakfast.

Café da manhã bom, com reposição frequente dos alimentos. O único ponto negativo é o ar‑condicionado sobre os itens quentes, que acabam esfriando rapidamente. Senti que atendeu bem, mas minha esposa e irmã sentiram falta de maior variedade de frios e bolos. Quarto e cama limpos, chuveiro quente com boa pressão. Ótima localização, em bairro bem movimentado. O hotel oferece dois estacionamentos, um com acesso direto e outro do outro lado da rua, ambos sem custo. Essa foi a segunda vez que estive em Piracicaba e provavelmente voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. A experiência foi melhor do que em hospedagens anteriores na cidade.

Equipe bastante simpática e café da manhã muito bom, em ambiente agradável. Não sei se demos pouca sorte, mas o hotel estava excessivamente barulhento. Ficamos no primeiro andar, pois levamos nosso cachorrinho, e o som na área comum chegava extremamente alto ao nosso quarto. Talvez valha um alerta de atenção no lobby aos hóspedes mais efusivos.
