Você paga 139 reais numa estadia e espera o mínimo de condições. Fui pra passar uma noite, por de uma formatura. Na hora de me arrumar pra ir pra festa, faltou água no hotel por conta do atraso do caminhão pipa. A água não era de boa qualidade, além do mais, cheguei da festa de madrugada e não vendem nem água no hotel. Complicado, você não tem o mínimo de apoio, e nas redondezas não tem um comercial nem nada pra suprir essa falta de apoio.

Limpeza muito ruim, mas com ótimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Trocamos de quarto três vezes por motivo de limpeza/insetos, e mesmo assim o último estava com o chuveiro sem esquentar.

Hotel com limpeza e rouparia precárias.

Hotel com roupas de cama e toalhas velhas, algumas manchadas e rasgadas. Quarto sem telefone para contato com a recepção. Foi pedido ao recepcionista, por duas vezes, para sanar os problemas acima, e não foi feito. Passamos três dias (sexta à domingo) no hotel e não foi feito limpeza e substituição das toalhas. Muito precário o atendimento do hotel. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Caiu a qualidade, indicado pra viagens a trabalho.

Café fraco e ainda falta as coisas, como tapioca. Elevador e internet precisam de manutenção. Infelizmente o hotel parece não ter tido a atenção devida. Para viagem de trabalho é funcional, para a família, inviável.

Cuidado com as fotos, a hotéis.com não osauxiliará

Precisei trocar de hotel, liguei para vocês "hotéis.com" e não tevê nenhuma ajuda, quando fui atendido a ligação caiu, vocês do hotéis.com tem um serviço péssimo, para que servi o telefone que vocês nos manda ligar se não somos atendido. O Hotel não deveria está constando em uma lista, toalhas sujas, encardidas ao ponto de tomar um banho frio pois água quente não tinha, quando fui usar a toalha, suja e mal cheirosa, tive que novamente Tomar outro banho..... Um único dia.... Horas de tortura.

Ao chegar no hotel fomos direcionados para um quarto que já estava ocupado. Retornei à recepção e fomos realocados. O quarto não tinha toalhas. Pedi na recepção, ficaram de entregar mas só tive acesso às mesmas quando desci novamente na recepção. No elevador tinha um aviso sobre problemas com a água quente, que praticamente não estava funcionando. Ainda por cima achamos um pequeno e estranho inseto em um dos travesseiros.

O hotel em si é bem legal. Não é luxuoso, mas é um bom hotel para quem quer um quarto limpo, amplo e novinho .Agora, a administração deixa a desejar um pouco. Café-da-manhã é muito fraco,uma vergonha pra o preço que cobram da diaria.Outra coisa,fiz uma reserva de um duplo com cama de casal e quando cheguei Tinham 3 camas de solteiro e eles não puderam mudar porque o hotel estava lotado.Fiquei 3 diarias d teve um dia que o chuveiro nao esquentou e A cidade estava muito fria.Ainda bem que Quando cheguei à noite tava resolvido. Outra coisa que achei interessante é que eles não tem toalha de piso no banheiro. Fui solicitar na recepção e me recomendaram que eu colocasse uma toalha de banho no piso porque eles não trabalham com toalha de piso,ou seja,preferem o banheiro e o quarto todo molhado. A ideia do frigobar não ter nada e você comprar na recepção achei inteligente. Agiliza o check out.A localizacao nao é das melhores,nao tem nada proximo como uma padaria,uma farmacia,mas nao é um local ruim. Com tudo isso considero um bom hotel. Recomendo, mas precisa ser melhor administrado.

DONT GO!

The worst hotel I've ever been. Dirty, lack of towels, rude staff, bad location. I asked for a bottle of water, they told me to go down and pay because they don't put in the apartment account. This business has absolutely no condition to still running! "Hotel péssimo, sem a mínima condição de higiene e funcionamento, travesseiros imundos e falta de toahas"
