"I just needed a place to sleep so I could spend my days at the beach. This was a very affordable hotel for me travelling alone and I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there. "This is Not a 4star hotel!!!!!! No Bathroom amenities but a liquid soap to do all!! And the one in the shower didn’t even work! No boxes of tissues! Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm"

"This hotel has all the luxuries one would expect from a chain like Mercure. The building is huge, at times feeling like a set for the film ‘Shining’.
