"I read a few reviews that had me a little worried about the condition of the rooms, but we were very pleasantly surprised. It looked to have been newly redone and everything was immaculate. We had a two bedroom with a King, Queen, two pullouts, a full kitchen, a mini kitchen, a stackable washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. It was the perfect size for our family with 4 teenagers! We had so much room to spread out when we’d come back to relax in the evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked and we made our breakfast and lunch there every day (Clark’s grocery store is just a few minutes away). One evening we used the gas grills at the pool and grilled steaks. The pool area was also immaculately clean and well maintained. In addition to all of that, I booked the room for less than $100/night! I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else when we return to Sedona."

"Pros: Good price and the staff was nice. Cons: -Elevator seemed a bit shaky and the safety certificate displayed was expired by 2 years. -Side door propped open and pool gate key machine broken so anyone could get in pool area and hotel. -Place could use some deep cleaning and a facelift. Fan in bathroom was disgustingly dirty, shower head shot water out really hard, hole needed patching in bathroom. Cabinetry was patched but not painted. Baseboard by shower looked rotted out and caulk by tub failing. Tub could also use a deep cleaning to get rid of mildew by drain. Pool concrete cracked and chipping. Pool towels were stained and ripped. Cigarette butts on pool patio. Whole place could use some new paint, newer furniture and carpets."

"It is very conveniently located to get around to sights in West Sedona area and only few minutes from downtown Sedona. Beautiful views and sights from our balcony. We did not get to use the pool due to it being closed a few times when we tried to go. Closed because storms were near area. Staff was friendly and helpful."
