"The room was very large with log cabin features that were sisters appropriate for her sisters nice touches of having a coffee maker with coffee Keurig and a refrigerator. I didn’t use but happy to have. I only stayed one night but you know for the price I think it was great maybe just the carpet was a little worn and there were dings in the wall but if that’s not a big deal to you then know it was a great day and I was happy to be there. "

"I accidentally booked my stay 1 day off, I immediately reached out to Hotels.com they said it would be up to the property they could not change my reservation. After a couple days I reached out to them again and they sent an email saying they were very sorry but after several attempts the property would not return an email. I reached out to the property and shared the email I had from Hotels.com it turns out Hotels.com had not sent any emails to the property the staff at Ponderosa were very kind and told me this is not the first time this has happened they comped my room for the additional day I needed.
I highly recommend this property but please do not book through Hotels.com just call the property or better yet use another app to make your bookings."
