"Please suggest the property to add some gates on the property premises for people who smoke near by. The whole property is not smoke free. People smoke on the premises !! Not cool. Convinient location central to all the major restaurants and shopping in Waikiki, nice rooms, solid service from staff and all the essentials needed for the average family on a Hawaii holiday. Also rooms are more modern and better kept up than the neighboring Moana Surfrider hotel. Strong recommendations. "

"Very friendly staff. Elevator can be frustrating even with 3 running it's very busy here and there were times we had to wait for multiple ones to finally have room to ride. Thos would be the only meh about this place. 100 sails restaurant inside has an awesome breakfast buffet. Close enough to walk (10 min) to mall that has tons of shopping and eateries. Uber is your best friend if you don't want to drive!!! Taxis are insane price wise. Traffic is no joke out here. "
