"I paid $166 for a “accessible” room due to the fact I cannot walk, I had surgery on my ankle about 3 weeks ago. The room was on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway which was already kinda frustrating considering it’s exhausting using crutches/a walker. After checking in I go to shower using the shower chair they provided, i sat down and minutes later it broke causing me to fall pretty hard leaving my arms bruised. My bf went tried calling the front desk 3 times to inform the staff of what had happened, no answer. He than goes to the front desk and there’s nobody there, 40 minutes later finally a worker appears and says sorry and that they don’t have any more available shower chairs. We finally got a new chair about a hour to Check out the next day, and though they did end up refunding me the cost of the stay it was not a good experience at all."

"The hotel currently is being remodeled. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Maintenance helped us solve our problem with the new heating system. The location is spot on in the middle of everything. Everything is walkable. We enjoyed our stay there. I’ve been going here since the 1980’s. What is also very nice is to have laundry machines very convenient specially with having to wash stuff on a trip."

"We thought our room was clean, their staffs were very helpful and friendly and great location. Our room was big and roomy…little outdated, but the bed was fairly new and very comfortable!"

"Very pleased. Relaxing atmosphere where we could sit around the fire pit while our kids played on the playground. Had a beautiful view of the river from our balcony and most shops and restaurants were within a reasonable walking distance. Will stay again."
