"Old facility swimming pool is ok isn’t that great either I seen them cleaning but never at once tested if there is enough or need chlorine in it. good enough to soak when temp is hot. Breakfast needs to have more of american menu than rice other than that it’s ok the whole entirely facility is nice lots of trees shrubs and plants. Close to everything. Staff are also nice and friendly"

"Kudos to all Staff especially security , bellboys, concierge , housekeeping very polite, helpful , and speedy ! This is our second home everyone we come to Urdaneta! Airconditioning super! Recommend this hotel to all seeking clean and accessible hotel . There's also a modern Chinese restaurant with good food that's located downstairs . It's walking distance to massage and to markets."

"Really nice place. Room was great. Staff was excellent. And restaurant was yummy. We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast in the room. We got a quick swim in the morning. My only regret is that we did not have time for a massage."

"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and would like to try different rooms. the swimming was nice and clean. everything almost perfect. they just need to add a restaurant since most restaurant are far away from the hotel. or you would have to bring your own then the employee would charge your for bringing foods or drinks because they say the sell them on site. "

"5 star service for very affordable price! Great staff! And would like to thank Patrick, who helped us and provide beverage for my relatives. Thank you for your professionalism! Definitely I will come back again! I do really Love the rooms, view and the balcony so relaxing! Note: not much to see outside the properties but they provide small convenience store inside. "
