Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor. "Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer."
