High level of customer service was given by all employees we came In contact with. They even called our room shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards. "Except for the encounter with the receptionist at check-in, it was a very good experience. If she had just smiled, she could have made things so much better. It sits in an area with a couple of other nice new hotels. The whole area is meticulously clean.
