The hotel was closed on Feb 28, but Hotels.com took my reservation and payment and refuses to refund it. The hotel was still closed two weeks later with the same sign posted saying closed indefinitely. But Hotels.com was still taking reservations. Scam.

There is no indoor pool or hot tub in this facility. It has been down for two years, but the website has beautiful pictures of their indoor pool and Jacuzzi tub. The hallway smelled very badly and the rooms were filthy.

When we arrived a 3:00 check-in, we were told that the internet was down. I was checking into the hotel because I am traveling and am having a medical emergency. I am in severe pain. We had to wait in the lobby, while I was in pain and sick to my stomach for an hour and a half. We did eventually get into a room. It was just not a good situation.

Many things needed repair. First room taped together tv. Upgraded us with spa room. Spa did not work.orange juice machine leaking all over floor.breakfast had few items. Never again. When I walked in another guest was doing alot of complaining, and I laughed it off but we should of left. The pool and ALL the ice makers were out of order. The first floor smelled like sewage once you walked to the elevator. Room was NOT clean, and needed to be updated or basically just cleaned. Thank god we had our sleeping bags. Breakfast was a joke, barely any food and the eggs gave ALL FOUR OF US food poisoning right in the middle of vacation. We passed through for the night- but this is a hard no. Do not stay.

I was extremely disappointed in the hotel . The pool and hot tub are down for renovation. This was not told to us and was a huge part of why we choose the hotel. The guy at the front desk tried to make it better upgraded our room to one with a jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi tub was discussting the jets blew out gunk which smelled like sewage. The elevator was awful sounded like it was going to break down. The glass mirrors in the room were awful not cleaned. I will never book through a 3 party again! I wanted my money back and was unable to get it due to booking through 3rd party.

We had 2 rooms. Clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Great front desk service. Good variety for breakfast; tasty and fresh. Friendly housekeeping, staff. Convenient location, right off the interstate with lots of local places to dine.
