"Easy to find location A cozy inn in small town Has basic amenity Met my need to stay one night as I visited the area and on my way south Two draw back 1. I would be happier if the shower Water pressure is stronger 2 the main concern to me and my family was that the heating unit was not working and I was told nothing could be done when I called ( that was after the office regular hour) and the only advice was to dial up the heat setting to the max and hope the unit would kick in with time. "

"Got to the property 30minutes early and had to wait for our room to be ready. That was fine but once inside our room it wasn’t as clean or nice as the photos. Everything in the room is overused and many things didn’t work and/or were missing. There wasn’t a window screen in the restroom window. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent. The patio furniture was so dirty we couldn’t use. Not enough parking every night. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors snoring. The good parts about this place is the location. It’s close walking distance to the beach and bench areas. It’s about a 10 min drive to Hearst Castle. We drove 5 hours to enjoy this place and I really wanted to like it but the photos oversold what it looked like and how clean it really was."

"Super spot , quite. Great restaurants near by. Loved the bicycles, a gem of a beach and location super hidden . We were there in late April, bedding/ shower, amenities high quality, room small but shower was great size, since my husband is 6’2 We have rented for a week for next September"
