"The bed wasn't comfortable and the furniture in the room needs updating as it's stained and then would match. We stayed in room 136 and the view from the room was amazing. The gardens are kept to a high standard."

"Great location overlooking Gyllyngvase beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Shout out to Hannah for welcoming us on arrival, very kind! Breakfast included in room charge and very well done. Just FYI if you are coming by train the walk with luggage is mostly uphill and takes about 10 min"
