"The property seems to be upgrading the hotel, but the food quality was disappointing. The only protein option available was pork. Additionally, the room, which was advertised as having a mini fridge, did not have one upon arrival. This made my stay particularly difficult since I couldn’t store my diabetic supplies. Unfortunately, reception was unhelpful, and the medical office refused to store my medication."

"The owner wants something for nothing. Basic accommodation is fine, but when the window is boarded up so no natural light, toilet doesn’t flush without messing with pipes and a bucket, a/c lets a load of hot air in, a bad leak inside the room, and worst of all owner lied in property description about having Wi-Fi meaning an expensive 3 hour round trip to get a SIM card and enough data to keep connected to my family and do online work. "This is a little gem in the middle of town. We were pleasantly surprised by the installation. Pool, small restaurant, immaculate room, extremely professional staff always eager to help. They really made our stay pleasurable. For my next trip to Rioacha, Hotel Emerawaa will be our hotel."

"This is no review of Ayenda Jimatta. Having booked and got confirmation from hotels.com, on arrival there was no booking registered, hotel was full so no room available. According to them, they are not on the hotels.com platform. Probably a nice place, but very frustrating to experience the above after a long travel. So - hotels.com - improve your service or lose customers!"
